My PASSION AND PURPOSE:
Disability Rights.
I believe disability rights are civil rights and became a lawyer due to the tremendous battles I fought as the mother of a son with autism.
I now use my experience to provide legal representation for parents and families of children and adults with disabilities. My office assists families with Special Education Law, Special Needs Planning (Public Benefits, Supported Decision-Making, Conservatorships), and Special Needs Trusts. There is no cost to parents or other caregivers for legal representation through mediation of a special education due process complaint.
